Mindfulness in Nature – Forest Bathing Walk

Cuando nos rodeamos de naturaleza y aquietamos nuestra mente, nutrimos nuestro cuerpo y mejoramos nuestra conexión con la naturaleza. Las caminatas para bañarse en el bosque son caminatas guiadas y conscientes que permiten a los participantes reducir la velocidad y usar sus cinco sentidos para sumergirse en el bosque. Los baños de bosque, o Shinrin-yoku, son una práctica japonesa que ha demostrado proporcionar muchos beneficios para la salud y el bienestar.

Mindfulness in Nature – Forest Bathing Walk

When we surround ourselves with nature and quiet our minds, we nourish our bodies and enhance our connection to nature. Forest Bathing Walks are mindful, guided walks that allow participants to slow down and use their five senses to immerse themselves in the forest. Forest bathing, or Shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese practice that has been shown to provide many health and wellness benefits.

Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather and bring hydration.
