El Forest Bathing esta inspirado en la práctica japonesa conocida como Shirin Yoku. Nos invita a una inmersión en la naturaleza donde el único objetivo es desconectarte del estrés diario, desacelerar el ritmo y apreciar el entorno natural para revitalizar el cuerpo, la mente y el espíritu.

Join Huellas Latinas and Renacer to enjoy a Forest Bathing Walk – Forest Therapy Walk.

Forest Bathing is inspired by the Japanese practice known as Shirin Yoku. It invites us to an immersion in nature where the only objective is to disconnect from daily stress, slow down the pace and appreciate the natural environment to revitalize the body, mind and spirit.
