Roxana is a compliance and organizational ethics professional from Puerto Rico with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. As Chair of the Huellas Latinas Board, she brings leadership, strategic vision, and a deep belief in the power of community and the outdoors as spaces of belonging.

Tania Eden Pineiro (She, her, Ella)

Tania is a growth strategy and business development professional from Mexico with extensive experience supporting organizations in scaling effectively and sustainably. As Vice President of the Huellas Latinas Board, she brings a strategic perspective focused on strengthening decision-making, organizational impact, and purposeful growth, with a strong commitment to the community.

Dinorah Martinez (She, her, Ella)

Dinorah is a social worker and probation officer, originally from Puerto Rico, with a deep connection to nature as a space for well-being and healing. As a member of the Huellas Latinas Board, she brings a community-oriented and humanistic perspective, convinced that outdoor experiences strengthen cultural roots, collective care, and family bonds.

Daisy Richmond is originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, and is committed to strengthening the impact of Huellas Latinas through program evaluation and fundraising support. As a board member, she brings a practical, community-oriented perspective, convinced that outdoor experiences enhance health, a sense of belonging, and a connection to the place we call home.

Ripley Piedrasanta (She, hir, Ella)

Ripley is an anthropologist and lawyer with experience in public policy advocacy and a strong commitment to the Latino community in Minnesota. As a member of the Huellas Latinas Board, she brings a social and legal perspective aimed at strengthening belonging, equity, and the connection between community and nature.
