Activities
Forest Bathing
A sensory experience that invites participants to walk slowly and connect with the natural surroundings through their senses. Participants learn to be present in the moment, reducing stress and strengthening their bond with nature.
Hike & Yoga
An activity that combines the mindful movement of a gentle hike with outdoor yoga practice. Participants enjoy breathing exercises, poses, and meditation in natural settings, cultivating balance between body and mind while reconnecting with the earth.
Nature Inspired Vision Board Retreat
An immersive workshop that combines creativity and reflection. Participants use images and materials inspired by nature to create a personal vision board, setting goals and aspirations aligned with their emotional and spiritual connection to the environment.
Green Connections
Interactive sessions that explore how trees and natural environments positively impact personal well-being. These include educational talks, hands-on activities, and group reflection moments, helping participants understand and appreciate the role of nature in their lives.
