Use real bird tracking equipment and learn how to find and protect birds in your neighborhood, discover the science behind caring for farm birds with poultry experts, and join a drawing lesson to see what modern birds can teach us about dinosaurs!

Join Huellas Latinas and Audubon Chapter of Minneapolis to visit the Bell Museum for their Spotlight Science: Something About Birds! – Participants will have a Spanish interpreter to explore the event. You will also have the opportunity to go bird watching with Audubon and you will also be able to explore the museum during this day.

Join Huellas Latinas and Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge to enjoy our spring-summer challenge: “The Spring Seven Chellenge”.

This challenge will take us on a 7-mile journey through the trails of the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge. This challenge is a space that invites Latin families to get to know this beautiful park. Learn about outdoor recreation. Educate yourself on conservation and environmental issues. At the same time, it strengthens community ties. At the end of the tour, we will enjoy a great lunch courtesy of the RefugeFriends.

En esta oportunidad, Huellas Latinas y Minnesota State Parks & Trails se complacen en hacer un partnership para ofrecer un I Can Camp Program de 3 días y 2 noches para las Familias Latinas.
